• Duties: Guiding new patients through the examination process, from the first phone call through the examination and diagnostic process, to becoming one of our active patients. Coordination of diagnostic records for consultations. Discuss financial arrangements and treatment process with patients at the consultation. Communication with dentists regarding their patient's treatment plans. Coordination of treatment with other dentists and specialists. Invisalign: on-line communication and submission. Coordination of treatment and records for patients needing orthognathic surgery. Coordination of meetings between Dr. J. and other dental specialists.
• I am proud to work for someone so dedicated to his career. For as long as I've known Dr. J. he has been devoted to the highest quality care for his patients as well as to researching and teaching orthodontics. His love of orthodontics is contagious and his ability to communicate his knowledge puts his patients at ease.

Hi, I'm Cheri! I am an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Joondeph, and I have been an orthodontic assistant for over 15 years. As an orthodontic assistant, I feel that I have one of the most rewarding jobs ever and I love getting to see all of the beautiful smiles that come out of our practice! I have lived right here in Seattle for most of my life, and I have two lovely, grown daughters and one very special granddaughter who I love spending time with. Outside of the practice I enjoy hiking, riding bikes, and music. I am also a huge Seahawks fan!
